Knowledge/experience of reggae a must. Other styles and influences welcome: rock, blues, funk, hip-hop, jazz, latin, etc.
Must be young, energetic, talented, educated, and be able to play well (plus if you sing harmony at the same time)
Willing to learn stage moves and dress in sync with rest of band.
This is not a "full pay" or even a well pay gig. There is money sometimes, but we are looking for someone who is in it for the experience, not for the money.
Must have no commitments, such as school or full-time job or be able to leave your job as soon as you join - with the idea of being able to tour the nation and/or world year-round (passport needed).
Must have driver license and be willing to take turns driving a large tour vehicle with trailer.
Must be punctual and clean. No drugs. 420 ok.
Must be flexible and willing to sometimes crash "wherever".
Must make rehearsal in Ukiah, CA. twice a week.
All tours/shows start in Ukiah, CA. So, must be able to meet band there to start each tour/show.
