What's up everyone, this is Carter Lane. Just wanted to reach out and let everyone know what is up with your favorite band. Rebelution is killing it right now finishing up their tour with SOJA... oh wait, your other favorite band... Top Shelf!
As some of you may know our guitarist Sean has decided to peruse a teaching career in Boston and has left the band. We all support his decision and wish him the best! Before Sean left he blessed us with the gift of a perfectly trained guitarist named Korey Ross. Korey has been a long time fan of Top Shelf and a long time friend of Sean’s so the transition has been one of ease and of excitement!
Top Shelf is continuing full speed ahead with Korey and with the help of Berkeley based Ineffable Music Group, we plan on touring all spring and summer with tentative plans on recording in the fall and releasing our new album in ’11.
Like I said before this is a really exciting time for us and we can’t wait to get out on the road with our newest member Korey and share the exciting, fresh vibes with you! We will be hitting the road starting March 13th in Mexico at the Spring Break Beach Fest with Dirty Heads and Tomorrows Bad Seeds.
Keep your ears and eyes open to all things Top Shelf as we plan on continuously posting new songs, videos, pics, tour blogs and more! Much love to all of you and we really look forward to partying with you out on the road!!!
